E-mail
Ordinary e-mail is not secure in the same way as the systems in use through our on-line store. Therefore, we cannot accept orders sent via e-mail. For the security of your personal information, please do not include your credit card information in any e-mail correspondence you send us.

Returns
 You may return within 20 days from date of purchase for a full refund, less initial shipping charges. Returns postmarked later than 20 days from date of purchase will be charged a $5 per item restocking fee. Harnesses must include plastic bags and tags in new condition.  Tiger Dreamz Luxury Pet Bed returns: Within 20 days from date of purchase you may return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges if items are returned in their original condition with packaging and to the address below. Returns postmarked later than 20 days from date of purchase will be charged a $10 per item restocking fee. Include a copy of your invoice and write return on the top. Harness Exchange
Within 20 days from date of purchase you may receive one SIZE exchange. Call or email with your original order ID number, the new size you need, and a delivery confirmation number from the carrier you select (you pay return postage) and we'll put the replacement(s) in the mail (first-class 5-7 business days) to you the same day. Exchange items must include tag and plastic bag in new condition. A second exchange is $5. Mail exchange to:

Refunds
Due to concern for our customers’ safety we do not store credit card information longer than 48 hours. We issue refund checks immediately upon receipt of returned items that are received in new condition. Original shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Your credit card bill will still reflect a charge from Clothing Your Pet or RYS, Inc.
Product Descriptions
Great care has been taken to describe and display items accurately. RYS reserves the right to cancel any order for products no longer in stock. In such cases no compensation will be paid.
Clothing Information
Our clothing is made in the USA, is sweatshop free, and is designed to be machine washed in cold, turned-inside out, and either dried flat or machine dried on low.
There is an average 3-5% shrinkage when machine washed in cold and dried on low. To retain optimum color and prevent shrinkage, all garments may be washed by hand.

Items are intended for the personal non-commercial use of our customers. Resale of any product without the express written consent of RYS, Inc. is strictly prohibited. Large orders representing what RYS deems to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.
Requesting Our Products for Media Purposes
Permission is necessary to use RYS products in print and broadcast media, as well as film.*
To make a request:
The following information is required:
- Name, address and telephone number of your publication or media outlet
- Contact name
- Focus of story (i.e., yoga, clothing, pets, etc.)
- List of products requested including a description of item, size, color and item number from our web site
- Date needed (please allow a minimum of ten business days for delivery)
